Microgreens are the shoots of various edible plants and vegetables that are harvested very young, to capture a plethora of micronutrients and beneficial compounds. They can be put directly into smoothies, used as garnish, or added to stir-fries, soups and sandwhichs. 
 
Our microgreens are grown with the same principles as our outdoor plants. We use organic, non-gmo seed, organic compost for our base, and absolutely no chemicals for the entire lifespan of the plant.
